Ordering
- Q: How do I make an order?
A: To order you can write me an email at order@jfnash.com. Include your name, address, the number of the shirt you like and the required size. You will than receive an invoice from J.F.Nash.
- Q: Do I have to pay the invoice before my order is shipped?
A: Yes, before shipping you will need to pay this invoice. Once your payment is received your order will be shipped.
- Q: Where do I find the shirt number?
A: Hold your cursor above the photo of the shirt and the shirt number can be found in the little black box on the right side.
- Q: Can I order multiple shirts?
A: Yes of course! Just tell me which shirts you would like to have and in which sizes.
- Q: To what countries do you ship?
A: We currently ship to all EU countries that have the euro as their currency.
- Q: When is my order shipped?
A: We ship all orders every Monday of the week.
- Q: How long does it take before my order arrives?
A: Because we ship all orders on Mondays, any order made from Monday to Sunday will be shipped on the next Monday. From there it depends on your location how long postage will take. Allow 1-2 for The Netherlands and 3-10 days for other EU countries. We will send you an email when your order has been sent to you.
Cancelling your order
- Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Yes, by law you can cancel the contract for the purchase at any point from the time of ordering until seven working days after delivery.
- Q: How do I cancel my order?
A: You can cancel your order only in writing. Send us an email with your order number and state clearly that you want to cancel your order. If the items are already shipped to you, you will have to send them back to us. Keep in mind that shipping costs cannot be refunded.
Returns and exchanges
- Q: Can I return the my order?
A: Yes you can. You can return any item within 14 days (Netherlands) or 20 days (other EU) after you received it. Allow up to 10 days for postage, so be sure to send your items back in time.
- Q: How can I return my order?
A: To return an item fill in the return form, which is included with your order and send the items you would like to return back to us. Make sure you get proof of postage from the post office. If your order gets lost on the way back to us, we can than still complete your refund. You should keep this proof until you've received your refund or replacement.
- Q: I didn't get a return form with my order!
If for any reason there is no return form in your order, please contact us at question@jfnash.com and we will email you one for order.
- Q: Do I get a full refund when I return an item?
A: Yes, however, shipping costs are excluded from the refund.
- Q: How long does it take before I get my refund?
A: You should receive your refund within 30 days after we have received back your order.
- Q: I ordered the wrong size, can I get a replacement item?
A: Yes, if you ordered the wrong size we are happy to send you another size free of charge. Of course you will first need to send the wrong size back to us.

Customs, duty and taxes
- Q: Does the price include tax?
A: All prices include 19% BTW (VAT).
- Q: Do I have to pay import duty or tax if I live outside The Netherlands?
A: You may be liable to pay import duty or tax on goods entering your country. Unfortunately we can't tell if you should have to pay these duties. If you have any questions on duties payable or refundable, please contact your local Customs authority.
